The #WWReadathon is back! But what is it about, you ask? The Wicked Valentine’s Read-A-Thon is a time when we all get together to dedicate the days of February 7-14 to as much reading as possible. You read as much as you can in order to get yourself a little further through that huge to-read pile! We know real life gets in the way and even if you can’t participate more than one day, you’re welcome to join in on the fun! In the meantime, Bex and April will be hosting book-related challenges where you can win some awesome prizes and have a Twitter party at the hashtag #WWReadathon!
My Goals
To read atleast 3 books (since I’m super busy organizing my sister’s engagement and a national conference both of which happen to be next week.)
and finish reading

The Dating game mini-challenge
The idea is to choose two different book characters to go on a date. Although each character must be from two totally different books or series. Example: Edward Cullen (Twilight series) and Kaylee Cavanaugh (Soul Screamers series). Once you know who you are going to choose then your next step is to tell me where they will being going on the date. You are welcome to post a image of a certain place as well. Next, I need to know what they will be doing on their date and why you think both characters would make a great couple.
I’m thinking of sending Cooper from Tidal by Emily Snow and Echo from Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry on a surfing vacation in Hawaii. They would make a great couple because Cooper is just awesome and someone who can take Echo’s mind off her worries and will take her away from her dad and stepmom when she goes to Hawaii to take surfing lessons from Cooper.

Lines of Love
My challenge for you today should you choose to bandy words with me: Compile some Lines of Love to woo us, Or perhaps fill us with sadness, make our hearts bleed perhaps? Or nay give us a laugh that only comedic love can.
The challenge requirements, oh evil things that they are:
♥ In the current book you are reading flip to a random page
♥ Roll four dice, add each die’s number together, the total is your line number(aka line=sentence) [convenient website for dice rolling here]
♥ Make the line romantic in some way. (you don’t have to use the whole line, but at least half of it and whatever you add of your own can’t be more than half the total quote)
Book: The Difference Between You and Me by Madeleine George
Page: 153
Dice rolled – 1 + 1 + 4 + 3 = 9
Sentence: “He takes Esther’s hand in his.”
My take: “He” calls out her name. “Taking Esther’s hand in his”, he kisses it, barely there, a feather touch.
Day 6: 2/12/2013
Book I read: Read Primal by D.A. Serra
Total books read so far: 2
Day 7: 2/13/2013
Book I read: Finished Primal by D.A. Serra

Wrap-Up

Good luck with the read-a-thon! I probably should have signed up for this one but lately when I sign up for these I never end up reading so I’m trying to do the opposite. Read but not sign up
Let me know what you think about Primal it looks really good
Thank you. Oh, I have missed you with these. You signed up for the Review copy cleanup right? How’re you doing with it? Will miss you during the toppler, too.
Pragya! We meet again
How are you liking Pushing the Limits? I keep wanting to buy myself a copy but I still haven’t. Are you a fan of Katie McGarry, or is this the first book you’re reading by this author? I LOVE the cover of Dare You To, love it.
This is my first read by Katie McGarry, really liking the book so far. I am 52% into the book.
Great! I REALLY REALLY need to buy it.
I hope you do that.
Aah, that dress is awesome, so fancy, and I love the colors. Not sure about the shoes though, they look scary!
Btw, can I have a dance with your date? You can have one with mine… xD
Lol, thanks. Oh, sure about the dance partner exchange.
Good luck with the read-a-thon and well done on your progress so far! I have ‘Pushing the Limits’ on my To Read pile, so interested to see what you think of it
Thanks Victoria. I’m loving it so far.
Ah Marcello…I should have thought of him:) Great choices!
Thank you, Melissa. Too many guys to choose from, huh?
Ooh love your dress choice!
And your Line of Love is great! That reminds me that I still need to do mine actually.
Thank you and good luck.
