My View: A book with THAT cover and ITALIAN in the title was bound to catch my attention and land up on my TBR. Thanks to Netgalley, it did just that.

You know I love Italy, right? So a book set there has to be extraordinary, right? Well, wrong. I wished the book was more.

It started off nicely. The cute friendship and then a bit of rivalry and then some guy attraction. Wait, doesn’t that happen in every book? Oh yeah! So the book is a bit week on the plot. And for a series, it’s pretty slow going.

What else? Umm, the whole teenagers thing has been either taken to a higher level (as in too high) or the teens today are stupid like this (Are they? You tell me.)

So well, despite being cute in the beginning, the book went downhill from there on.

Not sure if I will pick up the next in the series.

3/5 stars – I liked it (at least the beginning part)

Often seen with a nose buried in a book, you might spy me at a library while 500 unread books adorn my shelf. At other times, I'm busy travelling solo, eating out or looking for my new escapades. You will always find me doing too much all at once.
