My View:  When I dived into this book, I had no idea what to expect and after a first few pages, I knew ‘Oh so this is what the book is about’. And then after a few pages, ‘ Uh oh, ok, so the book is not what I thought it was, and now this is how things are going to be’. A few more pages, ‘ And I was wrong again, so this is the main focus of the book’. Towards the end, ‘Wait, what? You’ve got to be kidding me’.

I hope I summed it up nicely, this book will play havoc with your mind. You’ll never know what’s coming up next. It is a mix of a whole lot of twists and turns and keeps you on your toes.

A couple of things I wished could be done away with – At times, I felt a lot of things were being repeated throughout, so I think some editing would have made this more exciting as a read. Few things seemed a bit realistic but well, who am I to say, I have never been in a situation like this.

The book is a thriller, drama and romance all rolled into one.

Overall, if you’re looking for something to read that will not stick to one major point but will change directions every once in a while, this is the book for you.

A touchy subject and Frank’s choice of characters POV really made it an intriguing read for me.

  2. This book sounds great. I love thrillers and/or books with twists and turns.

Your review makes me think about books by Harlan Coben, one of my favorite authors. His books’ plots also go in unexpected directions.
